The Spiritual care team aims to answer the listening, exchange, reflection and prayer needs expressed by the residents, in the respect of diversity of religious convictions and spiritual values.
An intervention team in spiritual care is available five days a week to meet the residents who make a request, and representatives of diverse religious confessions make visits and administer sacraments. A Catholic mass is celebrated every Sunday, and communion distributed to those who cannot attend mass. Services are also offered for other religious denominations and two commemorative services are offered annually.
The service receives assistance from a team of trained volunteers who are supported by the Spiritual care professional. The team is continuously looking for volunteers disposed to offer friendly visits and spiritual accompaniment in an ecumenical approach.
